Are you not satisfied with your order and do you want to return it?
For EKO, we apply a return period of the statutory 14 days. You can return your purchase in this case as follows:
1. Pack the item in its original packaging
2. Fold the packing slip so that the return label is visible. Stick the return label on the box.
3. Bring the package to a DPD Pickup parcel shop nearby. Find the nearest shop at DPD.
The refund will take place within 5 days after the return has been received in good order.
