EKO Europe warrants that this product will maintain its functionality during the stated warranty period under normal and intended use. The statutory 2-year warranty is included in the stated warranty period. This means that a 3-year warranty provides 1 additional year of warranty coverage, a 5-year warranty provides 3 additional years, and a 10-year warranty provides 8 additional years. If a defect occurs during the warranty period due to material, design, or manufacturing faults, EKO Europe will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product, or provide an appropriate alternative solution. This warranty applies to the entire product, is provided free of charge to the user, and does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
